On one of the first really hot days of the summer, Goose class headed into London and became tourists for the day. We started off in Green Park, then saw Buckingham Palace before walking up the Mall, seeing a marching band, guards on horseback and singing to the Grand Old Duke of York. After lunch in Trafalgar Square, we enjoyed some of the street entertainers and made our way down to Whitehall, through Horse Guards Parade to St James Park. After some time in the playground, we crossed the Mall, walked back through Green Park, onto school and a well deserved lolly to cool us all down......
