Y5/6 Summer Project

Dear Parent/ Carer,

Please find attached your child’s summer project pack. The resources will help to support your child’s transition to Year 6 and give them a good start to the year.

We have included a range of activities that are there to stimulate and engage your child during this summer break, and we hope that you will join them in creating some of the more ‘hand’s on’ elements and give them as much moral support to complete the projects.

Daily fitness challenge

Build a diorama or create a fact-file

Magnetic sorting game

Reading challenge

We are looking forwards to seeing their creations, as some will be showcased in our Year 6 cabinets to inspire others. All the work needs to be handed in by Monday 9^th September 2024.
